The extruder is arranged on a platform above the vertical infrared vulcanization tunnel, which results in a simple set-up and easy handling during start-up.

Due to the contactless vulcanization, no deformation and marks will be on the product. This is suitable for light and medium-weight profiles.

Vertikal Bottom-Up

Vertical Bottom-Up

The vertical infrared vulcanization tunnel is positioned above the extruder. The profile is pulled upwards through the tunnel by a draw-off unit.

Due to the contactless vulcanization, no deformation and marks will be on the product. This is suitable for heavy profiles as well as for vulcanization of small cross-sections at high speed.
